Mr. Rajesh Dahol
Manager Hospital Planning & Project Development
Mr. Dahol has over 7 years of experience in varied healthcare sectors including four years in hospital management. Currently he manages hospital planning and management projects at EPOS India and coordinates teams comprising of Hospital Planners, Architects, Project Managers, Bio Medical Engineers and Clinical Experts.
Mr. Dahol started his career with Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd and got in-depth orientation to healthcare delivery system in different set-ups covering almost entire southern part of state of Rajasthan. He developed marketing and interpersonal skills. He has an in-depth understanding of the Indian health scenario and co-relates robust concepts with experience of diverse situations to offer greater insight and multiple options to clients to assist in development of innovative solutions.
Following his Masters in Hospital and Healthcare Management from Symbiosis he worked with a couple of health consulting outfits as Management Consultant and gained experience in a wide range of projects from Feasibility studies, DPRs, Due Diligence, Quality Management, Business plans, Administration and team management. He worked on projects for Fortis, Parkway Healthcare-Singapore, Public Health Foundation of India, Rajasthan Health Systems Development Project (Funded by The World Bank), National Health Systems Resource Centre, New Delhi. He worked as Project Manager for implementation of Quality Management System in public health facilities and provided certification to two district hospitals in Karauli, Rajasthan and Korba in Chhattisgarh under the aegis of National Health System Resource Centre. He guided other district hospitals in Dehradun, Nagaland, Allahabad, Manipur and Mizoram to bring about noticeable improvement in quality of care.
In his third posting with a consulting outfit in India he developed business plans for medical tourism facilitator based in India and provided turnaround strategies to a clinic in Oman.
Mr. Dahol next worked with a Group of Hospitals as Project Manager for their new initiatives which included feasibility study for 1000 bedded Medical University- Greater NOIDA, Project Management Consulting services for 350 bedded Super Speciality Hospital- Meerut encompassing monitoring and reporting of entire civil work and conceptual planning of a 150 bedded hospital and Nursing college at Greater NOIDA.
Another major work of Mr. Dahol at the hospital group was the Remodelling of a 30 bedded hospital into 50 bedded Cardiac Care unit and Trauma Centre at Rewari Haryana. The project not only comprised of up gradation and remodelling but also involved in Recruitment of clinical and non-clinical staff, development of marketing policies, tie-ups with various corporate houses, equipment planning, procurement and commissioning assistance, budgeting and accounting of the entire project and administration to hand hold the facilities till its complete launch. The project was completed before time under the supervision and guidance of Mr. Dahol.
